Frequently Asked Questions

  • What is a notary public?

A notary agent prevents fraud by being there during the signing of important documents and making sure that the signers are who they are claiming to be and are in fact signing by their own accord.

  • Why do I need notary services?

Notaries are necessary when you are preparing a legally binding document. Notary agents make your signature official by bearing witness of you being in fact there and signing the document on good will.

  • Do I need an appointment?

Since we are a mobile service, we do require appointments in order to go to you! Call or text us to check our schedule and available time slots.

  • Where can we set the notarization appointment?

We go wherever you need. Common locations our clients ask us to go to include: homes, offices, hospitals, assisted living facilities, jails, and more. We’ll go anywhere that is most convenient for you.

  • How long does an appointment take?

The time needed for notarizing a document typically takes less than 30 minutes, but it still depends on the number of documents and signatures that require notarization. Once you book your appointment, we can provide you with an estimated timeframe.

  • Do you notarize on weekends?

Yes. We perform notarization 7 days a week.

  • What forms of ID are acceptable?

Acceptable forms of identification include government-issued photo IDs such as driver's licenses, passports, and military IDs. However, forms of documentation without a photo, such as DMV extension receipts, birth certificates, and social security cards, cannot be accepted.

  • What if I don't have a valid ID?

It is possible to proceed with notarization if you don't have a valid government-issued photo identification. In such cases, we can still notarize your document if you can provide two credible witnesses who have valid identification and can confirm that they personally know you and that you are the person named on the document.

  • Can I cancel or reschedule an appointment?

No worries! You can cancel within Calendly or call us.
